- We all have strengths and talents that need to be appreciated, tapped into, and encouraged
- Learning must be connected to the real world, and should be seen as a social, academic and physical endevour occuring in safe environments
- We should strive for equality of opportunity recognizing that to achieve this, does not mean treating everyone the same

- Ensure prompt arrival, regular attendance and inform school of absences
- Support the school's Code of Conduct and character education initiatives
- Review,read,sign and use the agenda for communication with the school nightly
- Communicate questions and concerns to school staff in a timely manner
- Participate in school events such as Open House,School Council,Portfolio Parties and other events when possible
