Byngmount Beach Launches "Hearts for Haiti" Campaign!

With the tragic events that have occurred in Haiti this week, Byngmount Beach Public School has decided to take the initiative of raising funds to send to the Haitian community. The "Hearts for Haiti" campaign will be held from Monday, January 18th - Wednesday, January 20th.

Byngmount Beach Grade 4/5s chosen as Bitstrips Class of the Week!

Ms. Porter's Grade 4/5 has been selected by the Bitstrips for Schools program as the "Class of the Week!" The class has been working very hard on the website, producing comic strips in accordance to their lessons.

Byngmount Beach MS Read-a-thon!

Byngmount Beach will have our annual MS Read-a-thon kickoff assembly on January 18th. Students will be bringing home pledge forms after the assembly. Happy reading!

Make a difference in literacy and beyond – practical ways parents can boost learning is on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Stephen Lewis Secondary School in Mississauga. This free learning event is open to Peel board parents of students at all grade levels.
