Pay for school fees using School Cash Online

Our school offers School Cash Online, a safe and secure form of online payment, as its preferred method of payment for all school fees. With a parent-friendly portal and an easy way to keep track of your child's activity fees, you can use School Cash Online to pay for school items like field trips and pizza days directly from your computer or smartphone using eCheck, Visa or MasterCard.​

Register to get started
By registering, you'll have the ability to:

  • Keep track of your children's school items and activity fees
  • Check account history
  • Print or view receipts
  • Make donations to Peel District School Board students and programs online and instantly receive a tax receipt. Donations to any other charitable organizations should NOT be made using the "Make a donation" button.
  • Pay for school fees with the click of a button
  • Receive notifications about upcoming events

Volunteer Criminal Record Checks to cost $33 as of January 1, 2018

​Peel Regional Police have advised us that, as of January 1, 2018, Criminal Record Checks – Vulnerable Sector Check for adults, including those for volunteers, will cost $33; students and seniors will remain at the current cost of $25.  Processing of CRCs for volunteers is free until the end of December 2017, with Form A provided by the school.

School Council Meeting - November 14th at 7pm

All parents are invited to attend our official first School Council Meeting held in our School Library on the 2nd floor. This meeting will include two presentations that parents can choose from to attend. One workshop will be on My BluePrint: Supporting Grade 8 to Grade 9 transitions. The other workshop will be on A Parent's Guide to Post-Secondary Planning. Preparing for the transition to College or University. Workshops will run from 7:30 - 8:30. Hope to see you there!

​School councils play an important role in student success. If you are a parent of a student at The Woodlands School, then you can be a member of our School Council. Interested candidates can find more information and a nomination form under the School Council tab located at the top of this webpage. Applications are due September 27th.

Registration – NEW THIS YEAR

Registration for the 2017-2018 school year will take place on the first day of school – Tuesday, September 5th, 2017. We are able to move registration from the last week of August to the first day of school because The Woodlands School is transitioning to School Cash Online, Peel's new fast, safe and convenient method for paying school-related fees. All families are expected to register with School Cash Online to pay the required Student Activity Fees by August 31st. Details about the School Activity Fee including cost and what it includes will be available on School Cash Online. 

On the first day of classes, during period 1, students will receive their agenda, printing credit and pertinent forms.  

Photo days for Student ID Cards and the Yearbook will take place on Wednesday, September 6th and Thursday, September 7th.
