Grade 8 Graduation is fast approaching on Monday, June 27th, and the 2016 Grad Decorating Committee is looking for extra volunteers to help set up and take down decorations for this special event.
We would like to ask if there are any grade 7 parents who would be willing to assist with setting up and taking down decorations for this evening, as this would allow our grade 8 parents to spend more time with their child during this event.
The venue this year for the graduation ceremony and dance will be at Mayfield Secondary School on Monday, June 27th.
Set-up time will be from 3:00 p.m. until approximately 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27th.
Take-down time will be from the conclusion of the Grad Dance at approximately 11:00 p.m. until midnight.
