From time to time, parents may want to contact their children’s teachers with concerns or questions. Each year, every student in grades 1 to 8 has the opportunity, in the first week of school, to purchase a school agenda which contains a great deal of useful information and will have additional material added daily regarding homework, school trips, projects, special events and other announcements. It is important that the agenda go home each night and be returned the following day with a parent or guardian’s signature. The agenda is a great way for communication to happen between home and school, so please feel free to write notes of communication to your child’s teacher. There is a small fee for purchasing the agenda; costs are partially subsidized by the school.

If you do not choose to write a note in the agenda you may call the school and leave a message for the teacher to return your call. Please keep in mind that teachers are at the school to teach our children so calls will not be made during their instructional time. However, all effort will be made to return your call within a 24-hour period.
