Peel board launches Student Census in November

​​​At the Peel District School Board, we are committed to providing the very best learning environments so that all students can achieve personal excellence. In order to do this, we must truly understand the needs of students and their families. To help us in this work, we will launch our first Student Census in November. 

View a letter sent home with K-3 students, and a letter sent home with grade 4 to 12 students.

Immunization Clinic - Tuesday, November 20th, 2018

​Immunization Clinics run by the Region of Peel nurses will take place on Tuesday, November 20th.  The clinic will be for grade 7 and 8 students.  Grade 7 and 8 permission forms were distributed over the last two years, and are retained by the region of Peel. 

Attendance on the day is important in order to maintain the immunization schedule for students throughout the year.  Please contact Mr. Elias, Vice Principal, at the school office if you have any questions or concerns. 

Hearing and Vision Screening

Hearing and Vision Screening

A Not for Profit Organization, the School Screening Association will be coming to Beatty Fleming on Friday, November 30th to complete hearing and vision screenings for students.  ​If interested in having your child's hearing and vision tested, please fill out the form which was sent home on Tuesday, Nov. 5th and return with payment to your child's teacher. 

As the service is being completed by an outside agency, cash or cheque payments are accepted only; the cost is $15.00 dollars payable to School Screening Association.

Peel board hosts info sessions about French Immersion, Extended French options on Nov. 22

The Peel District School Board will host information sessions for families about its French Immersion (FI) and Extended French (EF) programs at each FI/EF school on Nov. 22 at 7 p.m. These programs are an option for families to consider if they have a child who will start grade 1 or grade 7 in September 2019.
