- - activities that will maintain a positive climate in our school e,g, the pink shirt campaign, 2nd Step, spirit days , tracking behaviour
- - supporting student well-being and leadership and providing related opportunities, e.g. Student Parliament, PALS, extra-curricular
- - activities that promote balance and wellness in our personal and professional lives
- - doing what is necessary to challenge all students and meet their individual needs, e.g. making accommodations and advocating for students
- - collaboration and teamwork e.g., caring for each other, respecting, supporting, mentoring, sharing of the expertise on staff

- -to supporting the balanced calendar because we enjoy having our breaks spread out across the year. We are able to attend Camp I Can and Camp Bondar
- -to supporting all clubs. Ther are always things to do at E-Breaks. These clubs include Forest of Reading, Choir, Band, Knitting Club, PALS and more
- -to supporting the wide range of school teams. Teams include basketball, soccer, volleyball, ball hockey, cricket, cross country and track and field
- -to helping to protect the environment. Two student groups, Passionate Earthlings and Walking Schoolbus Leaders run eco-projects. We have won gold
- -to the many leadership opportunities that make our self confidence greater: Student Parliamnet, PALS, Pink Panthers, Tutors, Ambassadors, Talent Show

- -to ensuring open lines of communication between staff, parents and children, for example checking the student agenda and attending interviews
- -to supporting academic achievment i.e., providing a positive environment for homework and making sure that my child is on time and prepared for class
