Sep. 22nd, 2017: Ontario University Fair, Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Oct 24th, 2017: Post-Secondary Pathways Information Assembly — Period 2
Oct 25th, 2017: Ontario College Information Fair, Enercare Centre. Forms in Guidance
Oct 26th, 2017: Post-Secondary Pathways Fair – Period 1  
Oct – Nov, 2017: Exit interviews will all Grade 12 students regarding pathways and the application process
Dec 7th, 2017: Post -Secondary Pathways Parent Information Evening — 7:00pm-8:00pm

November 23, 2017: Full Disclosure:

All grade 11 and 12 semester 1 courses dropped after this date will remain on the student's transcript (Note: students must always have a minimum of 3 courses in their schedule per semester).

Oct. 15, 2017: First date that colleges are sent applicant data and the earliest date that colleges may acknowledge applications.
BEFORE Jan.17 , 2018: Submit 2018/2019 Ontario university application to OUAC at www.ouac.on.ca

November 23, 2017: Full Disclosure:

All grade 11 and 12 semester 1 courses dropped after this date will remain on the student's transcript (Note: students must always have a minimum of 3 courses in their schedule per semester).

Feb. 6, 2018: RECOMMENDED last date for students to submit changes to university and/or program choices to OUAC.Feb. 1, 2018: Deadline to submit an Ontario College application for equal consideration for the 2018/2019 academic year at www.ontariocolleges.ca

Feb. 15, 2018: Semester one final marks and

second semester course choices sent to OUAC

Feb. 1, 2018: Earliest date for offers of admission to be sent to qualified applicants

May 8, 2018: Semester two midterm marks

are submitted to OUAC. If you do not want a semester 2 mark to be transmitted, the course must be dropped before this date.

Feb. 1 – May 1 , 2018: Applicants can confirm an offer of admission between these dates online at www.ontariocolleges.ca

May 3, 2018: Full Disclosure:

All grade 11 and 12 semester 2 courses dropped after this date will remain on the student's transcript (Note: students must always have a minimum of 3 courses in their schedule per semester).

Feb. 9, 2018: Semester one final marks and second semester course choices sent to OCAS

May 29, 2018: Latest date to receive a response from an Ontario University (i.e. offer of admission, refusal, possible deferral pending further information).

April 26, 2018: Semester two midterm marks

are submitted to OCAS. If you do not want a mark to be transmitted, the course must be dropped before this date.

June 1, 2018: Earliest date an Ontario university may require a student to confirm acceptance and give financial payment (students may choose to accept prior to this date).

May 3, 2018: Full Disclosure:

All grade 11 and 12 semester 2 courses dropped after this date will remain on the student's transcript (Note: students must always have a minimum of 3 courses in their schedule per semester).

July 12, 2018: Target date for OUAC to transmit all final marks to universities.  Mid June, 2018:  Earliest date that an Ontario College will expect payment of tuition fees to secure your program spot.
