Pay for school fees using School Cash Online

Our school offers School Cash Online, a safe and secure form of online payment, as its preferred method of payment for all school fees. With a parent-friendly portal and an easy way to keep track of your child's activity fees, you can use School Cash Online to pay for school items like field trips and pizza days directly from your computer or smartphone using eCheck, Visa or MasterCard.​

By registering, you'll have the ability to:

  • Keep track of your children's school items and activity fees
  • Check account history
  • Print or view receipts
  • Make donations to Peel District School Board students and programs online and instantly receive a tax receipt. Donations to any other charitable organizations should NOT be made using the "Make a donation" button.
  • Pay for school fees with the click of a button
  • Receive notifications about upcoming events

Private Bus - Exams


The pickup time for private bussing has been changed to 12:30 p.m. on our exam days:  January 25, 26, 29, 30 and 31 (snow day).​

Prom and Mosaix - Calendar Change

Grade 12 students will want to put Thursday, May 31, 2018 on their calendar as this year's Cawthra Park Prom.  It was very difficult finding a venue this year, and so we'd like to thank the Cawthra Park Dance Department for agreeing to move Mosaix to earlier in the week.  Please note that the official "calendar" sent out to parents in September will now be inaccurate.

Volunteer Criminal Record Checks to cost $33 as of January 1, 2018

​Peel Regional Police have advised us that, as of January 1, 2018, Criminal Record Checks – Vulnerable Sector Check for adults, including those for volunteers, will cost $33; students and seniors will remain at the current cost of $25.  Processing of CRCs for volunteers is free until the end of December 2017, with Form A provided by the school.
