Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test - March 30th, 2017

To prepare your child for the Literacy Test this semester at Central Peel Secondary School, we are running a "three day" Literacy Test Preparation Camp during March Break from March 13 to March 15, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. 

For more information, and to enroll in these programs, please ask your child to see Mrs.Bajpai in room 203 at lunch, or after school.

Registration now open for Peel board's annual parent conference

​The Peel District School Board is hosting its annual parent conference on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Mississauga Secondary School. This free learning event is open to Peel parents of students at all grade levels. Child care will not be provided.

The conference will focus on numeracy—30 out of 60 workshops help with math. Parents will still have the opportunity to attend workshops on other topics, including literacy, special education and science.

  • a powerful keynote presentation focused on math success
  • your choice of 60 practical workshops facilitated by Peel board staff

Help Your Teen Plan for Course Selections for the 2017-18 School Year

As our partners, families are encouraged to help prepare their teens for course selection. We encourage you to become familiar with the process by creating a myBlueprint account. Parent/Caregiver Presentation: The Anti-Bullying Collaborative Network presents Sara Westbrook – ‘Helping Your Child Stay Focused During Challenging Times’

On March 2, all Peel parents, guardians and caregivers of children in kindergarten to grade 12 are invited to learn strategies to help coach young people in the skills necessary to move through tough emotions and challenges.​​
