David Suzuki Secondary School Student Involvement Awards
Potential graduates will receive an email on Tuesday, February 21st, 2017 that will include a link to record all student involvement since grade 9. Teacher club sponsors and coaches will review this information and assign/confirm points that are appropriate for the level of individual student involvement in the particular club or team.
Grad Breakfast General Information
Date: Friday, June 9, 2017
Time: 8:45 am sharp!
Cost: $15 (payable online at the link above)
Tickets: Electronic, non-transferrable tickets will be emailed to students that have paid for this event after the window to pay the Commencement/Grad Breakfast fee is closed.
Special Consideration: If you are a Muslim student that will be fasting on this date as part of your observation of Ramadan and you would still like to attend, please see Mr. Keenleyside.
Only students with valid tickets will be permitted to attend the grad breakfast.
Commencement General Information
Date: Friday, June 30 at Mississauga Grand Banquet Hall
Time: Guests 10 am sharp; doors open at 9:30 for seating
Graduates should arrive at 9:15 am for registration and set up

Only parents and family members with valid tickets will be permitted to attend the commencement ceremony.
Commencement Ticket Information
Graduates will be sent an email to their pdsb.net account at the beginning of May. They may order 2 tickets until Tuesday, June 7. (Go to http://byod.peelschools.org and click on Google Apps4Edu to access this email account.)
On Wednesday, June 8, a new email invitation will be sent to graduates with the option to order additional tickets from any that were unclaimed.
Additional tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
Commencement Gown Information
Students that pay the fee for a Commencement gown will receive an email in March to submit their sizing information. Sizing charts are posted in the school cafetorium to assist students with this process.
