THE ONTARIO UNIVERSITY FAIR

 

September 23rd - 25th from 10am to 5pm at the Metro Convention Centre. 

 

This is a great opportunity for parents and students to get your questions answered in person by representatives from Ontario universities.


Please check the bulletin board in Student Services regularly and listen to morning announcements for updates. You don't want to miss crucial deadlines because you do not have a home form!

 

Be sure to attend the open house at the school of your choice (see attached file).

Important Dates

 

Ontario Universities(OUAC) - www.ouac.on.ca


January 11​​ - Latest date to submit completed on-line applications.

​​

January 19 - Target date for Ontario universities to receive all application data and grades from the OUAC for all applications submitted.​​.


February 3​ - Recommended last day to make changes to your application. **Some universities may have an earlier deadline.**


March 1 - Target date for Ontario universities to receive all final first-semester and current full-year grades for 4U/M courses from the OUAC.


May 4 Target date for Ontario universities to receive second-semester midterm and interim grades for full-year courses from the OUAC. Grades that the OUAC receives earlier will be sent to Ontario universities when received.


May 26​​​​ - Latest date for universities to respond to your application. (​ an offer of admission, ​refusal, or d​​efer, pending the receipt of specific ​​​​info​


June 1- Earliest date the universities require a response to early offers of admission.​


Early June to August  The Admission Information Service (AIS)​ allows you to determine which Ontario universities still have spots available in first-year undergraduate programs.
