The last day for students to submit a COURSE CHANGE REQUEST FORM is Wednesday September 9, 2015.
Timetable changes will be made for the following reasons only (if possible)* NO EXCEPTIONS:
- A need to change the course level of study (example - academic to applied)*
- Pre-requisite course was not earned (example - MPM2D0 required before MCR3U0)*
- Course has been taken and credit granted (example – course taken in summer school)*
- Post Secondary/Career Pathway has changed*
*Please note: Although a student's may meet the requirements, there may be circumstances where it may not always be possible due to timetable restrictions and class sizes, etc.*
The counsellor wil make every effort to meet a student's academic needs. If this is not possible and beyond the control of the counsellor, students are urged to see their Vice-Principal or Principal to address the issue further.
