What is The Brathwaite Voice Student Newspaper:

Brathwaite Voice is a club that encourages students to participate and share their passion for writing. The Voice is Harold Brathwaite’s school newspaper; it highlights all the special events going on at our school along with movie/restaurant/book reviews, horoscopes, interviews and the ‘Dear Harold’ student advice column. The Voice members meet every Monday at lunch in Room 309 where we put together the issue for the month. The monthly process is completed when we have all of the journalists’ articles and final copy editing by Ms. Prescott, who is our staff supervisor.

Our routine includes discussing articles for the next issue at the beginning of each month and following up by asking how everyone is doing each week. The goal is to publish one issue per month for the school year! J
