With the support of SCRAP CARES, a scrap recycling company, Heart Lake Secondary School will be holding a fund raising, scrap metal drive & e-waste drive on:

Saturday, November 5th, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Heart Lake Secondary School Parking Lot,

296 Conestoga Drive, Brampton.

Parents and community members who would like to participate should bring their scrap metal to the  school parking lot on the date above. Each load of metal and e-waste that is brought in will be placed into a container by SCRAP CARES employees. At the end of the scrap drive the scrap will be shipped to a SCRAP CARES facility for weighing and sorting. The school will then be mailed a cheque for the amount of scrap collected. The money raised will be used to purchase educational learning resources for students.
