Kids Against Ridicule Meanness and Aggression.
KARMA (Kids Against Ridicule Meanness and Aggression) club members work in solidarity to promote Anti-bullying awareness. Students meet weekly in order to participate in the planning, development and delivery of anti-bullying policies and programs. The KARMA club is comprised of courageous empowered
students who have made a pledge to make a positive difference in the lives of all students at Lorne Park Secondary School.
BULLYING AS DEFINED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION
"Bullying is typically a form of repeated, persistent and agressive behaviour directed at an individual or individuals that is intended to cause fear and distress and/or to another person's body, feelings, self-esteem or reputation."
