Leadership in Health, Fitness and Athletics Program (Fit 2 Lead)

The PAS North Leadership in Health, Fitness and Athletics Program (Fit 2 Lead) is a four credit commitment educational opportunity delivered through experiential learning. Students develop leadership, time management, employability, social and presentation skills while gaining access to future employment, volunteer and community involvement opportunities. With a heavy emphasis on large group and individual fitness and sport activities, these students are engaged in community surroundings.

Fit2Lead Team Appreciation Day May 2014_edited_edited.jpgEach semester of the program offers two credits that culminate in the development, promotion and delivery of a school wide event. Students are required to attend every week for one full day and must partake in an introductory interview and contract session before they begin the program.
