Leadership in Health, Fitness and Athletics Program (Fit 2 Lead)
The PAS North Leadership in Health, Fitness
and Athletics Program (Fit 2 Lead) is a four credit commitment educational opportunity delivered through experiential learning. Students
develop leadership, time management, employability, social and presentation
skills while gaining access to future employment, volunteer and community
involvement opportunities. With a heavy emphasis on large group and individual
fitness and sport activities, these students are engaged in community
Each semester of the program offers two credits that culminate in the
development, promotion and delivery of a school wide event. Students are required to attend every week for one full day and
must partake in an introductory interview and contract session before they begin
Students interested in health and fitness or leadership post-secondary options, would enjoy and benefit from the F2L program through:

Classes run Tuesdays 9-12 and 1-3. Optional lab time is available upon request.

Students in the F2L program have the opportunity to be recognized with the Community Spirit Award and the Healthy Active Living Award.
