Letter to families - IMPORTANT changes regarding CashlessSchools Click on 'Full Story' to view an important letter to Sandalwood Heights Secondary School families regarding our transition from CashlessSchools to a new online service provider, School Cash Online, for processing payments for school fees.

There has been an important change affecting the method in which our school accepts online payments for school fees. We have been notified that as of June 30, 2017, CashlessSchools has ceased operations and will no longer be our service provider for processing online payments.

CashlessSchools has requested parents to withdraw any remaining funds in their CashlessSchools account before August 31st, 2017. Please review the attached instructions provided by CashlessSchools.

Dear Rick Hansen Secondary School Families,

I'm writing to make you aware about an important change affecting the method in which our school accepts online payments for school fees. As you know, CashlessSchools is currently our service provider for processing online payments and funds through an online system. We have been notified that as of June 30thCashlessSchools has ceased operations and will no longer be our service provider for processing online payments.

Important changes to note

CashlessSchools has requested parents to withdraw any remaining funds in their CashlessSchools account before August 31st, 2017. Any remaining funds that have not been retrieved after this date will be lost.  For more information about your account, please follow the attached instructions provided by CashlessSchools.

As of July 13th, our school has transitioned to the Peel District School Board's preferred online service provider, School Cash Online, for online payment of school fees. School Cash Online is a user friendly, safe and secure online system which will allow you to pay for your child's school items from your computer or smartphone using eCheck, Visa or MasterCard.

Please register with School Cash Online as 2017/2018 student activity fees will be available for payment using School Cash Online. Once you have registered, you will receive an email notification when the fees are posted on the School Cash Online website and you can log in to make your payment.

School Cash Online is used in more than 140 Peel schools thus far and provides parents with the ability to:

  • Keep track of your children's school item and activity fees
  • Check account history
  • Print or view receipts
  • Make donations to school fundraisers online and instantly receive a tax receipt
  • Pay for school fees with the click of a button

We encourage our families to visit our School Cash Online page or the School Cash Online button SchoolCashOnline.png on the right to learn more about this new program and register for School Cash Online. Our staff are also available to assist you in setting up your account and helping you transition from CashlessSchools to School Cash Online.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please call me at the school.

Sincerely,

Patricia Whyte
