The Counsellors

Each student is assigned a guidance counsellor according to the first letters of their last name. Counsellors can be contacted through the Counselling secretary. The Counselling area is open from 8:00am – 4:00pm every school day.

A Duty counsellor is available in all lunch periods to answer questions of a general nature. If a student has questions or concerns of a more personal nature, an appointment may be made with their assigned counsellor. Appointments should be made through the guidance secretary.

Counsellors will endeavour to keep conversations of a personal nature confidential, however, if there are concerns regarding the individual's safety or the safety of others, confidentiality may not be maintained. In these situations, appropriate actions will be taken.
