Peel Health - Immunization Records Review for 2018-19

​Peel Public Health is required by law to collect and annually review the immunization records of school-aged children as per the immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA). Under the Act, students must provide a record of immunization against:

  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Tetanus
  • Diphtheria
  • Pertussis
  • Polio
  • Meningococcal disease

Families with students who have incomplete records will receive a letter in the mail from Peel Health starting October 22nd.

Peel Public Health may order the suspension of a student who does not have a complete immunization record or a valid exemption. Students with incomplete immunization records may be suspended by Peel Health on Feb. 7th 2019
