NEW - Course Change Requests for Semester 2 (2016-2017)
On January 9th, 2017, the semester 2 Course Request Change Form will appear on the broadcast page of the SLSS website. Students will need to download and complete the form. After obtaining parent/guardian approval the student will need to scan and email the form as an attachment to the email address printed at the top and bottom of the form. Requests must be sent to the email address no earlier than 8:00 a.m. EST on January 16th, 2017 and no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on January 18th, 2017.
ALL requests will be reviewed by the counsellors.
Requests which meet the criteria specified on the form will be processed if space permits. Course changes will be processed by counsellors by January 25th, 2017. Student's can check the status of their Course Change Request by going into their SIS account. Should a student's request meet the criteria and NOT be changed he/she is encouraged to speak to a counsellor between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. during the formal exam period (January 25th through January 30th, 2017).
