Student Steps for Selecting Courses Using MyBlueprint:

1.Go to myblueprint.ca/peel – Login (if you forget your password, submit your email and request a new password).

2. You will be prompted to enter your OEN.  This is a 9-digit number found on your student card or an old report card.

3.Go to “High School Planner” and complete the planner for next year – ensure the course codes are correct and you have the prerequisites as these are the courses submitted for course selection.** Plan as far ahead as possible.

4.Submit the courses you chose in your High School Planner. To submit your courses, click the green submission button on the top right of your High School Planner. **The program will guide you step by step through the course selection and submission process.

5.Print your course selection sheet and take it home to be signed. Return the signed sheets to your teacher as soon as possible.

6.Complete your IPP as much as possible by clicking on the IPP tab at the top right of the screen. The IPP tab should say 100% complete.

Course selection is a continual process and should be based on an individual student's interests, abilities and goals. To assist with this process, students are strongly encouraged to speak to their teachers about proposed classes, read course descriptions online or in the Common Course Calendar, talk to their counsellors and parents, and speak to students who have previously taken these classes. Students choose their classes online—a password is required which can be obtained through the school.

Course Changes
