The Minister of Education announced reopening plans for schools across Ontario, beginning in September 2020. Elementary students (Kindergarten to Grade 8) will attend school in-person 5 days per week. Students will remain in one cohort group to limit interactions with other students, including lunch and recess. Secondary students (Grade 9 to 12) will receive a mix of in-person and distance learning instruction. Dear Hawthorn Families,

We are trying to develop many different ways to communicate with our families.  One such way is through Twitter where you can get daily information about what is happening at your child's school by following Hawthorn  on twitter @Hawthornps.  In addition to important information.  This is another way for you to be in touch with what is going on at the school.

Below is a direct link to twitter where you can set up an account.  Once that is done you can follow us by searching our name @Hawthornps.  There is also a direct link to our twitter account on the Hawthorn website http://hawthorn.peelschools.org .  In the top right corner there you will see the twitter symbol ( a small bird).  Once you click on that it will go directly to our twitter account.  We hope to get as many families singed up as possible.
