How do I apply to the SciTech Program?

​Please note the Peel District School Board has cancelled the information nights ​and participation component ​of applications for each of its elementary Regional Learning Choices Programs for the 2020-21 school year. Applications for elementary regional programs open on Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. Visit the Elementary RLCP page for more information and application link.​

Application packages will be on-line.  All candidates will be assured of a workshop time. 

Macville Information Evening: CANCELLED 

On-line Applications:  January 27th, 2020 - February 10th, 2020. Applications will be made available here​. 

Application Fee:  $40.00 on-line (N.B. non-refundable fee)

Participation Component Night: The Participation Component Night has been CANCELLED for this year only.  Offers will be made based on Grade 4 Term 2 marks and the Grade 5 Progress Reports. 

Acceptance Offers:  Thursday April 9th, 2020.  Notification will be sent by e-mail after 3:00 p.m.  $200.00 program fee due upon acceptance online.

Acceptance Deadline: Thursday April 16th, 2020.

Second Round Offers:  Friday April 17th, 2020 after 3:00 p.m.

Second Round Closes:  Friday April 24th, 2020 after 3:00 p.m.

Waitlist/Third Round Offers:  Monday April 27th, 2020 after 3:00 p.m.

Waitlist/Third Round Closes: Friday June 26th, 2020 after 3:00 p.m.

Process Closes:  Friday June 26th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
