Attention Grads! Information on Diplomas!

Your diplomas are finally ready for pick-up!     Due to Covid 19 and to minimize risk we will be distributing the graduation packages over 5 days according to last names. Pick up will be available from the school's atrium only between the hours of 12:00 Noon until 2:00 pm according to the following schedule.   Monday, November 30th,   Last Names A to C; Tuesday, December 1st, Last Names D to J; Wednesday, December 2nd, Last Names K to O; Thursday, December 3rd, Last Names P to R; and Friday, December 4th, Last Names S to Z. ​

You will only be able to pick up your own diploma.  Please have your identification available.  If you cannot pick-up your diploma you must send a signed note authorizing the designated person to pick up the diploma.  The note should contain your name, student number, your signature, the designated person's name and relation to you.  The person picking up must show identification.  Prepaid yearbooks will also be available at the same time.

Please complete the COVID-19 self-assessment before coming to pick up your graduation package. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands when coming into the building and practice safe distancing at all times.
